  • CONSUMER LAWYERS GROUP

PASSIONATELY  COMMITTED TO CONSUMERS and  CONSUMER  ISSUES

At this site we provide general consumer legal information - from predatory mortgages to lemon law - links, detailed articles about some areas of law, and bio's regarding the individual attorneys. We all share interests such as deceptive trade practices, false advertising, predatory mortgages, lemon law, and defective motor vehicles. One or more have other additional areas of practice such as real estate,  commercial litigation, social security disability, and workers compensation to          name of few.

Interest in consumer matters such as bogus mortgage fees, improper lending practices, motor vehicle defects, and consumer scams and rip-offs, bind the lawfirms that comprise Consumer Lawyers Group. The lawfirms are not related to one another, but these truly common threads often make for consultation.  Each has a presence in New York. Each is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates ("NACA") and the National Consumer Law Center ("NCLC").

NACA is a nationwide organization of more than 1000 attorneys who represent and have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by deceptive, fraudulent, abusive and/or predatory business practices. As an organization fully committed to promoting justice for consumers, NACA's members and their clients are actively engaged in promoting a fair and open marketplace that forcefully protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means.

NCLC is America’s consumer law expert, helping consumers, their advocates, and public policy makers to use powerful consumer laws to build financial security and assure marketplace justice for vulnerable individuals and families.

The attorney members of Consumer Lawyers Group are passionately committed to their clients. They stress the highest level of personal service, professionalism and case preparation. Each attorney strongly believes that a sound attorney/client relationship founded on mutual honesty and trust provides the best results for their clients. It is a highly regarded priority.

The attorneys' work has earned them recognition among their peers and are often cited by the judiciary for the high quality of their work product.

While each attorney represents their clients aggressively, they are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards of professional representation and civility in the practice of law.

Members of Consumer Lawyers Group have, from time-to-time, worked with the judiciary and members of state, local and federal governments to implement law that permanently preserves and protects the rights of the public against injury and harm. This proactive approach mirrors their dedication to their clients and their causes.
